We had an excellent trip, the train Is great, the staff Is very gentle and the departure and arrival time was very precise. We enjoyed traveling with russian raíl Sapsan.

Was very good, clean, professional and overall a good experience. The only reservation I have is the lack of power outlets - both mains electricity and USB. I've come used to these on other modern trains, and there's no reason not to have it onboard.

I used the on line booking, and its very easy and got response quickly The process of embarkation is also easy, the wagon is clean, spacious and comfortable. I used Business Class - and the food served were also good and tasty

It was excellent experience to travel with this company. We were very comfortable during the journey and stuff were always there to serve us and help us when we needed . We didn't experience any problem or delay on booking, finding them and leaving . I will definetely choose this company again if I ever have a chance to plan another journer in Russia !

I traveled with my husband from St Petersburg to Moscow with SAPSAN train. Excellent travel option: clean train, comfortable seats, extremely punctual, affordable price (I booked early in advance). I would just implement the WiFi service for all classes. Strongly recommended. Thank you for your service.

First experience travelling by train in Russia. Went from St Petersburg to Moscow. From booking tickets to actually travelling on the train, all was easy and perfect. Travelled business class, sat in business lounge in St Petersburg, arrived on train, plenty of space for luggage. Seats extremely comfortable and spacious. Our ticket included a meal and that was also excellent. Train arrived on time in Moscow. What's not to like!! Only complaint (not train related) was that we were hoping to get a good view of the countryside but too many trees close to the line.

Great train ride from Moscow to St Petersburg. We chose business class. EXCELLENT! Comfortable seating, Steward service of meal,snacks, pillow etc,very nice. Easy to book on line. Highly recommend!

Great trip from Moscow to St Petersburg. I lived in Russia in the late 1990s and no such fast train between the two cities existed back then. Comfortable, punctual and reasonably priced. My only gripe is the Wi-fi didn't seem to be working on the day I traveled. But maybe that's no bad thing because instead of checking the internet, I looked out of the window at the Russian countryside.
